To provide the highest level of customer service, proactive claims management and loss control strategies that will reduce the cost of risk, increase customer satisfaction and solidify partnerships with our clients and business associates.
Claims Management
Our claims team acts as a liaison between our clients and the insurance carriers to coordinate and monitor the claims handling process. The McIntyre Group provides a 24 hour, 7 day a week Claim Reporting Hotline and a dedicated claims team to assist our clients with prompt claim reporting and claim handling recommendations. We take pride in providing efficient service and are continually looking for ways to add value. Together with our client, we will develop and implement claims management and loss control strategies that will prevent claims and reduce loss costs.
