The McIntyre Group Joins Exclusive E&O Group Captive
In the Fall of 2006, The McIntyre Group of Cherry Hill, NJ was named a member insured of the exclusive Errors and Omissions group captive, PAR, Ltd. Qualifying for membership in this E&O captive is a rigorous exercise for insurance brokerages and agencies.
Before acceptance to the PAR Ltd. Program, candidate firms must meet three important Quality Management Program criteria with PAR’s auditing team:
- Educate its staff about E&O claims and prevention.
- Assess the firm, department by department, for E&O prevention awareness.
- Review PAR's expectations for insureds, including an internal E&O audit.
